AUGUST 21, 2012 – THIRD POST – SYRPER CONFIRMS DEATHS OF MI6 BRITISH AGENTS IN BOMBING IN TURKEY; TURKS KEEPING MUM ABOUT EMBARRASSING FACTS; IDENTITY OF BOMBERS REMAINS A MYSTERY FOR THE TURKS.
In this map of Turkey, you can find Gaziantep jut North of Kilis in the Central Southern part of the country.
We have not been able to reach our contact in either Adana or Gaziantep. We have to rely on a terse message from a friend in Antioch who said: “Five Britons killed. Think they are soldiers.” The bomb was planted inside a car and detonated by remote control, according to reports coming in today. Gaziantep is a major base for both German and British agents aiding Syrian and foreign enemies of the Syrian people and government. Their HQ is Incirlik NATO Airforce Base to the West, just over the Mediterranean coast of Turkey.
A Turkish fireman douses a bus which went up in flames during the explosion.
Over nine have been confirmed killed in an operation that should be interpreted as a “spillover” from the violence caused by the Turkish government in Syria. Over 60 are confirmed injured and receiving emergency aid.
The PKK has denied responsibility for this operation. That is unusual since the PKK has never been shy about taking credit for killing Turks. It remains a mystery as to who is responsible. But we can confirm what the Turkish government cannot tell you: five British MI6 agents were killed in the blast close to a police station inside the city. We will try to get more information as time goes by.
There has been talk about a shadowy Kurdish group with ties to the PKK being responsible. All of this is speculation at this time.
