SEPTEMBER 6, 2012 – SIXTH POST – PKK ROCKS TURKEY WITH AUDACIOUS ATTACK; ERDOGHAN LOOKING AT HIS FINAL DAYS IN OFFICE;
With all the talk about NATO trying to surreptitiously inveigle regional rivals into throwing some weight into the Syrian situation, you would think someone in Brussels would mention that Turkey is going up in smoke as we write this last post of the day.
Clad in the “kufiyyeh” so popular among men in Iraq, this courageous PKK freedom fighter aims the muzzle of his AK47 right at Erdoghan’s ugly, empty, Islamist head.
Impavid PKK operatives have been striking hard at Erdoghan’s southern infrastructure in regions like Sirnak where many of the Turkish P.M.’s minions play hard at surviving in an hostile atmosphere. Over eight of his apparatchiks have been kidnapped since June, there whereabouts unknown. On Monday, in a brazen and perfectly planned attack, PKK fighters at battalion strength struck at four state security sites killing over ten Turkish agents with a reported 17 wounded. PKK losses were minimal. Yesterday, Turkish armed forces air-bombed PKK positions inside Turkey at the convergence of Syrian and Iraqi northern borders. The Turks claimed to have killed “many” PKK operatives. Our information from Qamishly is that no PKK fighters were killed. Instead, there is confirmation that one Turkish soldier met his death at the hands of these Kurdish freedom fighters. Two thousand Turkish troops were involved in this military fiasco.
NATO is moving fast to implement some new knuckleheaded scheme to overthrow the legitimate government of Syria. They must work quickly before Erdoghan is booted into prison for treason and betrayal of Ataturk’s legacy. The news keeps coming in from Hatay and Mardin; Erdoghan cannot step into parts of his own country out of fear he will be torn to bits. In order to save his own bacon (if my Muslim friends will pardon the expression), Erdoghan is now said to be locking his future to that of Egypt’s Morsi, another wastrel on his way to his own dry sarcophagus in Giza.
From l to r: a Turkish artist’s conception of the way Erdoghan’s brains operate. Bashar bids an anticipatory farewell to Erdoghan.
LEBANESE AUTHORITIES ALLOW FRENCH SPYING EQUIPMENT INTO BEIRUT AIRPORT AND DON’T CHARGE DUTY ON IT.
We all know that Lebanese President, Michel Suleiman, is a nice guy. But nobody knew he was such a dopey dorbeetle. Apparently after having delivered a rousing speech last week to his office mirror (we are told) asserting Lebanon’s insistence on staying out of the Syrian conflict and warning potential gunrunners of the consequences of violating Lebanese neutrality, his government performed the dabka while French spies dressed in Foreign Legion outfits brought in about six units of mobile tracking and eavesdropping equipment into Beirut International Airport. They even shipped the gizmos to Northern Lebanon in Oscar Meyer Weener Trucks!! Syrian Ambassador to Lebanon, Mr. Ali Abdel-Karim, denounced the act as a dereliction of duty and insisted that the government immediately seize the equipment and the spies. No response yet from the hallowed halls of Lebanon’s saraya or from the Place De Toilette, Lebanon’s Parliament. As an aside, as I reported yesterday, some Qatari “experts” have also teamed up with the French. This is almost impossible. The Qataris have no such experts unless they are foreign mercenaries. If they are Qatari, then, it is clear the Frenchmen have an undisclosed and perverted sexual agenda.
