Apparently the Terrorists all over the net uniformly flat out deny that there is anything even resembling a fight anywhere near Qarah. They know that acknowledging this fact will means such a devastating blow to their morale and recruiting capabilities that they have no other choice.

Roman Salute for the Heroes of SAA, NDF and Hezbollah!

Read today’s post and you will see the proof that Qaarra is rat-free. It’s over for the rodents. They cannot deny this any longer. Ziad

Ziad, how many troops on both sides are actually involved with this offensive?

I’ve seen figures as high as twenty five or even forty thousand for the rebels, which is obviously rubbish, and as low as three to four thousand.

From a reliable source:

Rebels: not more than 3.000
Syrian Army Forces and NDF: 6 000
Hezbollah: 2.500 (mostly not engaged in combat yet and still in Lebanon)
Tanks: 55 (from 3rd Armored Division), along with lots of airpower and artillery

Peto

Yes, I saw those same figures actually.
I don’t know how reliable they are.

I cannot say in all honesty. I do not know. It is fair to estimate that SAA forces at Qaarra will be ober 7,000 with a lot of SAAF activity. Ziad

hello Ziad, this is good news to hear, the cannibals are surrounded and cut off, with no hope of reinforcements or a breakthrough, I do hope none of them survive until Christmas, the SAA santa clause will be dropping numerous gifts on the cannibals this merry season. please keep us updated and all the best to your kind self and our heroic people of Syria.

If I understand correctly here – the idea will be to push these demonic hordes through inhospitable areas, probably more sparsely populated – and ultimately into the loving arms of hezbollah? Marvelous. I expect that the army can therefore look forward to using more conventional means and more air support which will do nothing but to further stack the deck in their favor as well as mitigate civilian casualties.

Wonderful.

There is a sandwiching process in place. I think Hizbollah will soon be firing at the backs of these vermin. Nice to hear from you, Ziad

Resembles the encirclement at Stalingrad.

How’d that work out ?

the motivated soviets fighting for their homeland were surrounded by ill equipped germans in an inhospitable climate.

Here we have largely foreign irregular fighters looking for a 1 way ticket to the afterlife ill equipped in inhospitable territories with local fighters, defending their homeland with better equipment and training.

My money is on the home team. If you have the other side I’ll take your bet.

Actually, it worked out for us just fine. Qaarra is liberated and deloused. But not for you. Enjoy the many wakes. Ziad
