QALAMOON RETURNING TO NORMAL AS INHABITANTS RETURN BY THE THOUSANDS

Citizens of ‘Assaal Al-Ward, Al-Jubba and Ra`s Al-Ma’aarra

Citizens of ‘Assaal Al-Ward, Al-Jubba and Ra`s Al-Ma’aarra return by the hundreds to their towns thanks to the efforts of the SAA and NDF.  Electricity has been restored to most areas now because the threat of disconnection by rats has been significantly diminished over the last few weeks. 

Daarayyaa: 

At the Associations Building, Al-‘Alaayili and the Sukayna Shrine, 3 rats were confirmed killed.  No further details.

Al-Maleeha:

A nest of rodents near the Tamiko Pharmaceutical Building (a favorite haunt for rats who are strung out on Captagon) resulted in these carcasses:

  • Ibraaheem Taqlaa (not to be confused with the Christian name “Thakla”)
  • Daawood Al-Hooraani
  • Taareq ‘Abdul-‘Azeez
  • Faysal Sa’adeddeen
  • ‘Ali Al-Raawiya

Another 2 were not identified.
