Syrian Perspective had to wait for confirmation of this very significant news item documenting the growing power and efficiency of the Syrian Army. But, it’s true. A telephone call from a friend nearby who is entrusted with taking calls from Wael affirmed that the Syrian Army is now in Kassab and is pushing westward toward Al-Samraa the main East-West route. The ferocity of the SAA’s attack was only permitted by the field commander after citizens of Kasab uniformly informed him that they wanted the rats out “even if it brought the town to the ground”. That’s all it took and air power began the pleasant business of exterminating rats. Syrian Perspective predicts that Al-Samra will be deloused in the next 72 hours. To all my Armenian readers: get ready to go back to Kassab.
