MORK COLLAPSING INTO HANDS OF SYRIAN ARMY; MAJOR VICTORY LAST NIGHT

SYRIA-CONFLICT

HAMA: AL-FARAJ FAMILY TAKES PRIZE FOR REARING HIGHEST NUMBER OF NINCOMPOOPS IN SYRIA’S WAR

MORK (var: Al-Mawrek): The Syrian Army astounded the terrorist rats inside this town with a full frontal assault backed by artillery and perfectly placed sharpshooters who wreaked havoc with terrorist fortifications.  The sharpshooters were particularly useful when they were tasked with picking out anti-tank gunners possessing RPGs and a few Kornets.  It’s not easy to take a kneeling position to fire at a tank when you are in the cross hairs of an SAA sniper.  Al-Mawrek is about to collapse, its fortifications now a tattered burlap bag:

Here are the dead which were assessed last night and this morning:

  • Saamer Al-Baysit
  • Sulaymaan Al-Baysit
  • Ra`faat Al-‘Adas
  • Shaadi Iqbaal
  • Usaamaa Zu’aytt
  • Muhammad Al-Kafari
  • Badee’ Shamass
  • Adham ‘Aqrooq
  • ‘Abdul-Salaam Muhammad Al-Soofi
  • ‘Abduh Majdali
  • Khaaled Nuwwayr
  • Muhammad Nuwwayr
  • Kamaaluddeen Al-Ifsaahi
  • ‘Ammaar Al-Faraj
  • Mustafaa Al-Faraj
  • Saamer Al-Faraj
  • ‘Abdullah Al-Faraj

The 26 other foreign terrorists killed were not named for security reasons.  Wael tells me there were many Turks among the group – some officers.

CONGRATULATIONS TO THE AL-FARAJ FAMILY. SERIOUSLY. WE HAVE OTHER FAMILIES WHOSE RODENT OFFSPRING MANAGED TO REACH THE HAT TRICK BY DYING IN THREES, ALL AT ONCE.  BUT, WE HAVE NOT YET SEEN 4 GO THIS WAY!  GOOD SHOW.  WE HAVE CONTACTED THE GUINNESS COMPANY TO SEE IF THEY WANT TO LIST YOU.

Hama/KafrBahm Road:  A truck riding heavily on its suspension was stopped by security for a targeted search.  My gosh! You should see what they found: bags and bags of cement.  And when they check one bag, they found it didn’t contain any cement.  Now what a minute!  Is it possible the truck was carrying ammunition to Mork?  Golly, we don’t know.  We do know that the bullets inside the bags were enough to keep the rats in Mork lethal for at least another 3 months.  Not anymore.  The driver has been arrested and is warbling beautifully.

The SAA is going to have to cut resupply from Ork. Mork easily communicates with al Orson wirelessly, so beware of reinforcements as well.

Anxiouxly expecting this news. Mork is very important to pushvthe fight to the core of rat domains in Idlib, hope the mop up won’t take longer, losing Mork will be a big blow to rats, can see them fleeing from neibor towns like…….rats of course.

True, Anon. Marat is too important to let the rats have it. I’ve wondered why it was left hangin’ in the wind like that when the road is so badly needed for resupply to the Aleppo offensive. I’ve been scratchin’ my head over that.

My strategy would be to let them have the town, why not, then you know exactly where they are, and with eyes on the terrorists you know which way they came or are going, let them have their safe haven, then you can bomb the whole town when they are start running there to regroup in large numbers.

SAA doesn’t relay on roads to resupply troops in Aleppo. I think that SAA use Aleppo airport, which is way much faster and safer transport route then moving convoys of trucks across.

M, I wouldn’t be 100% sure about that. From what I read Aleppo is resupplied via the corridor Latakia-Homs and controlling the M5 Highway is vital. Also, avoiding the Idlib area makes the route longer (the longer is , more the risks increase) Also again, rebels have anti-plane missiles , it’s quite risky putting all the supplies in a plane and fly on Aleppo’s rebel-held quarters. I think the government prefers to resupply always on wheels, except for the isolated airbase/Infantry Schools/outposts or similar like Kuweires that can only be resupplied via air. Like happened for the Central Prison. And… Read more »

“MANPADS” can reach planes only while they take off and land. When army clears the area around the airports it’s quite safe to use them. Syrian transport planes have the service ceilings of 7500m (AN-26) and 8500m (AN-24), while the “MANPADS” reach is about 4000 to 6000m depending on the model.

You need to resupply the city, not just the troops. As such, resupply by air is simply not feasible. Ground transport is absolutely essential.

SAA probably didn’t want to waste time as they had helicopters to resupply

Arklight

Manth: Okay, if SAA needs to replace a tank, apc or other large, heavy, piece of equipment, which helicopter do they load it aboard? Transport aircraft are vulnerable to MANPADs until they are above the max ceiling for the MANPAD, so if transport aircraft and helicopters are not a practical transport, that leaves lowboys, which travel on roads.

M

Level 4 - Scholae Palatinae

Air supplies are WAY better, unless u need to transport large amount of heavy stuff. For an army plane to LAND they need to clear just a 2km radius around the airport!
Roads are more risky because of the ambushes and mines, but are used to move army units that would be too heavy for planes.
Preferred way of transporting such units and material in war times is by trains, actually.

Goebbels is actually one of the most misrepresented figures of modern history, consistently quoted without the proper context of his quotes being revealed. He wasn’t an arsehole at all. Several postwar journalists and historians recognised this fact, but by then the character assassination of the (Jewish) victors already was the dominant narrative.

US (and puppets) are trying to put Syrians and Kurds against eachother. If that would be allowed (creating the Kurds country) and supported by international community I would tell them; OK but include the parts of Turkey populated by Kurds. Why just Syria and Iraq? Let’s see how will Turkey react on that?
This is what Kurds want;

Turkey would have a cow, M. I don’t know. I think that most Kurds understand that, like the ‘Palestinians’, nobody wants ’em and they would be surrounded by countries which have been trying to get rid of ’em for a long time. If they go independent, they’re screwed, and the smart ones know that. Well, I guess we’ll see, huh?

Lets see how Russia reacts to the situation in Gaza and its attitude toward Syria in this context. Already i can see Putin’s ‘special representative’ to the Middle East calling a meeting with the Syrian ambassador to Moscow to ‘discuss regional developments’, in other words he will be putting pressure on Syria to keep a distance from the conflict in Gaza using the excuse that Syria should concentrate on its internal issues, as though these ‘issues’ were not externally driven and part and parcel of regional developments. The Putin mafia regime is the biggest obstacle for Syria when it comes… Read more »

Fadi, tks for sharing, there is a price for everything, from stupidity to betrayal, guess Hamas got what they needed after 2006 Hizbullah victory but turned their backs to real allies in 2011-12. Lets see whether their current friends “Qatar and Turkey” will do 1% what Syria, Iran and Hizbullah did back then…..life is a bitch now isn’t it dude ?

Canthama

But i must say it is never too late to publicly regret the betrayal to Syria. I see Hizbullah helping Hamas as they can now, so the regret may have happened in the backstage.

Hizbollah had Lebanon to look out for, since Lebanon has no functioning military. If Hizbollah has extra weapons, I think they’ll save ’em for a rainy day. I think Hizbollah is to smart to get sucked into the mess in Gaza, but then I never thought Syria would give weapons to a jack-leg outfit like Hamas, either.

Canthama

It is my understanding that weapons were funneled heavily to Hamas during and after 2006 conflict, certainly until early 2011, I doubt more weapons went to Hamas from Syria after that. Up to 2011 Syria treated Hamas as allied go the resistance, but then we all know what happened. I doubt any cpuntry is supplying missiles to Hamas now, they got what they got and learned to make simple versions, they know how to make rockets, surprisely up to 100 miles, vs guided missiles that certainly would be more deadly to Israel.

Syrian payback on Israel? It looks like that Syria might be making good on its promise that the promoters of state-sponsored terrorism against it would one day soon face retribution for their “behind-the-scenes manoeuvres” in trying to destabilize Syria and the region in general. A not-too veiled reference was even made months ago that Syria could have even used the Palestinian cause to inflict revenge on its enemies (hint, hint..Zionist Ghetto Republic). Karma is catching up to Israel real fast. They have been the principle ideologists and creators of “islamic terrorism” in its current forms of ISIS, Al-Qaeda, Al-Nusra and… Read more »

Mr. Rosenthal was asked how Jews gain acceptance so easily among other races. His answer was long and thorough. “At a very early date, urged on by the desire to make our way in the world, Jews began to look for a means whereby we might distract all attention from the racial aspect. What could be more effective, and at the same time more above suspicion, than to borrow and utilize the idea of a religious community? We’ve been forced to borrow this idea from the Aryans. This looks like the work of terrorists in Lebanon trying to implicate Hizbullah….Syria should expect the same from the terrorists in Quneitra or Deraah.
Amazing how the world is silent with the deaths of Palestinians in gaza due to the chest fight between Israel and Hamas. One thing is true, Israel is surprised with Hamas reaction as it was back then in 2006, certainly the Zion-Nazi regime in Israel will think better on their phalacy of attacking Iran or Syria, israel is vunerable to missiles, and iran and Syria have pretty badasses ones…..what a mess .
