SYRIAN ARMY ROLLS OVER TERRORISTS IN HAMA; MORE TOWNS LIBERATED

IMG_9619

Continuing the astounding successes of the Syrian Army at Hilfaayaa,  the following new towns have been liberated:  Latmeen, Tal-Al-Milih, Al-Jadeeda, Al-Zalaaqiyyaat, Jalaymaa.  The Nusra gangs who used to terrify the inhabitants in the name of Obama & Company have left like rodents falling off a listing ship.  Without supply lines open, their staying here was pure suicide.  Number of dead terrorists is estimated at 80+ over the last 2 days.  Al-Mawrek may be next in line.

Hilfaayaa:  Syrian Army uncovers a 6 meter-deep cave used by Nusra leader, Abu Muhammad Al-Jawlaani, as a headquarters northeast of the town.  It contained evidence of sophisticated satellite communications equipment and lots of Captagon.  It looked down on the towns of Al-Lataamina, Kafr Zaytaa and Tallat Al-Naasiriyya.

NEWS AND COMMENT:

Another fine article with one major blemish typical of American writers with tunnel vision: they don’t have all the facts and regurgitate nonsense whimsically.  For example,  this writer doesn’t seem to know that the entire Syrian government is Sunni, and not Alawi.  It’s unbelievable:

http://ronpaulinstitute.org/archives/featured-articles/2014/september/11/barack,-we-hardly-knew-ye.aspx

Another nice article from Global but which is faulted for referring to our government as a “regime”:

http://www.globalresearch.ca/obama-announces-open-ended-war-in-iraq-and-syria/5400976?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=obama-announces-open-ended-war-in-iraq-and-syria

It looks like Global is mimicking SyrPer with this satire on Tony Blair:

http://www.globalresearch.ca/satire-tony-blair-urges-the-ukraine-solution-air-strikes-against-scotland-in-event-of-yes-vote/5402272?utm_source=rss&utm_medium=rss&utm_campaign=satire-tony-blair-urges-the-ukraine-solution-air-strikes-against-scotland-in-event-of-yes-vote

Great news is on a roll! I’ve been hearing about a Hezb Special Ops mission behind ISIS lines that helped to destroy the Al Sasya bridge in Deir Azzour, do you think it is correct? They are saying it was a huge operation between Syrian Intelligence and the Hezb that is unprecedented in scale.

great explosion…BUT…every time the snackbarians get their arse handet to them.. they claim that Hezbollah was involved. I think Hezbollah is a game changer and a great help for the syrian army…but if the syrian army suceed the west always mention Hezbollah cause they want to keep down the abilities of the syrian army and (second) in the same time keep a gap between the SAA and the Hezbollah. So: It doesn´t matter who keep the snackbarians falling…as long as they are falling. The only thing that counts is: who will win this war? a) Syria with the help of… Read more »

General dempsey seems to think other countries will supply ground troops to fight ISIS in Iraq. This is a pipe dream . Except for the Iraqi army and Kurds the Americans will not be able to count on anyone except the Brits. You can bet that before next June, there will be 20,000+ american troops in Iraq

Hate to break it to you but I was not surprised to hear my exalted Jesuit Prime Ministrer (‘the Mad Monk’ Tony Abbot) specifically refuse to rule out ground troops from Australia, AND the first contingent going in, is SAS commandos — ‘They’ll help the peshmerga “Peach Melba” with their new weapons’. Right. These are killers. So, put one Five Eyes country down as stupid enough to whore for the Drone Emperor. Note that Aussie troops going to Iraq are all ‘volunteers’! Russia needs to create an alliance to fight ISIS in Syria. Now Assad have a legitimate democratic government.. and is fully legitimate to fight Terrorism. Once you have Russian,China and other former soviet republics armies in Syria.. to fight not only ISIS but all terrorist groups.. Their official presence in Syria mixed with the Syrian army will totally blockade Obama plans to Bomb Syria. Because if they do..and Russians killed or chinese killed they are risking a major world war ,with a huge retaliation to them.. Hama has been an outstanding swift job by the SAA and specially by The Tiger Force, it is once more proved that rats are no match for the regular SAA army, when facing the SAA rats lose. The pressure at Morek right now is very intense, should Kfar Zita is liberated then hell will break loose at Morek for the rats. I just hope the SAA/NDF and all its allies can keep up the speed and pressure up to the rats “safe houses” in Idlib province, time is clicking for rats there.

Latest map of Hama (Sept 15th), realy nice job by the SAA so far. It seems fight inside Al Lataminah and Kfar Zita could seal for good rats’ presence in northern Hama plain, then there is Morek and all the way to Idlib and Aleppo.

This story is quite under reported but it seems a very successful attack at the Tabqa airbase by the SAAF. You may all remember the ISIL rats showing off at Raqqa city few days after Mosul was taken, they paraded some tanks, Humvees and one Scud missile in a truck (we all knew at the time it was worthless), well it seems most of is turned to dust now. Another on going offensive by the SAA/NDF/YPG that is quite under reported. ISIL is suffering many defeats at Hasaka province in the last few days as follows : 1) The Syrian army continued its advances in Qamishli countryside in the Northwestern parts of the country, and regained control of several towns in there. The army units took control of Tal Shariseh, Al-Hajieh, Al-Matineh, Al-Har, Kabibeh, Avineh and Tal Avine http://english.farsnews.com/newstext.aspx?nn=13930625000451 2) NDF is reported to have taken full control of the last part in the hands of ISIL of the Hasaka city, Ghuwayran neighborhood. http://wikimapia.org/#lang=en&lat=36.485625&lon=40.771122&z=14&m=b https://twitter.com/PetoLucem 3) Fierce fighting in… Read more »

More proof that the real goal of the ISIL campaign is to ‘end the war’ in Syria and ‘impose about a political solution’ through targeting the Syrian army so that it cannot hope to attain a military victory: http://thephilanews.com/kerry-isil-a-threat-to-russia-too-47024.htm Whenever you hear a diplomat speaking about there being ‘no military solution’ to the crisis you can rest assured that he really means that his country is against the efforts of the Syrian army to clean up ALL areas of Syria from the terrorists, and that his country prefers a deal (i.e the political solution) with the Americans and other players… Read more »

Jason – no way. If Putin and Russia lose the Tartus port then it is over for Russia in that area and Iran is next. Russia, Iran and China do not want that. Tartus is almost as important as Crimea. Syria and Iraq are about energy. They want to run a pipeline from Saudi/Qatar through Jordan then Syria to Turkey then Bulgaria into Europe. This is what Syria is really about. Iran wants to run a pipeline from Iran, Iraq then Syria to a Syrian port. This is somewhat secondary but it is a reason why Iran, Iraq and Syria… Read more »

I don’t see how any of these pipeline projects would have been opposed by the Syrian leadership, quite the opposite actually, they would have supported them since they would also benefit Syria in some way. To suggest that Assad is defending Russian energy interests before and during this war is completely absurd. Certainly the international players including Russia are using the ME and their various alliances to further their own access to resources etc, but the Syrian conflict has other central issues such as the desire on the part of the US and its regional and international allies to finally… Read more »

If Syria would have allowed a pipeline through from the Gulf states to Europe we would have upset and likely lost alot of support from Russia. And without Russia, America and Europe would have “shocked and awed” us into decades of a failed state with radical Islamist rule. So Syria as a small country had to pick a side, either do it like Saddam and Ghaddafi, trying to please the West as much as possible to then get overrun, or resist and align with others. People in Syria are very symphatetic to Putin. Its not uncommon to see a picture… Read more »

Just wanted to add for the sake of new Syrper readers, there are several gas pipeline plans. 1) One signed by Iran, Iraq and Syria, which would bring gas from Iraning massive gas field at the Persian Gulf. The original idea was to build the sequence pipeline to Europe shores. This pipeline, though a competitor to Russia, would be welcome by Russia due to the relationship with Syria and possible influence on it. 2) Second pipeline plan was Qatar, KSA, Jordan, Syria and Turkey. This one was agreed by all but Syria and one can guess why the conflict started.… Read more »

Nonsense. Syria’s battle so far has been to remain independent and to ‘preserve its national decision’ in the face of enemies and allies alike in the words of Assad himself. If Syria had listened to Russia or had been susceptible to Russian pressure Assad would have been deposed long ago and a ‘national unity’ government formed where Western backed Syrian politicians would grab a number of key posts especially in the military and security apparatus. This wasn’t allowed to come to pass despite Russia’s preference that it had, Putin could not give his American ‘partners’ the wished for outcome despite… Read more »
