SYRIAN ARMY REPELS ANOTHER FLACCID ATTACK ON DZ AB

Syrian Army

This appears to be the 4th time ISIS has endeavored to enter and occupy the Dayr El-Zor Airbase.  This time, they came from the north but were repelled by SAA artillery followed by a merciless SAA infantry attack on fleeing hyenas.  SAA has confirmed 5 deaths with many more believed to have fallen and taken away by their litter-mates.  Among the carcasses were several Libyan and Tunisian ape leaders including:

Hamdaan Al-Jamal

Also, the SAAF flew 20 sorties over Huwayjat Al-Sakr killing an undisclosed number of rats.

Here’s a nice view of the airbase

HAMA:  SYRIAN ARMY SAPPERS DISMANTLE ONE AND ONE-HALF TON IED EAST OF THE CITY IN THE INDUSTRIAL AREA:

تفكيك سيارة مفخخة بطن ونصف من المتفجرات في المنطقة الصناعية بحماة

The City:  To the East is the Industrial area where 1 and 1/2 tons of TNT and C-4 were stuffed into a van rigged to explode by remote control.  The IED was reportedly shaped like a square.  The dismantling went off without a hitch.

Qastoon:  At the intersection, the SAA engaged a pack of Nusra rodents and killed all 9 of them as they tried to break through SAA lines.

Now the SAF is free to bomb it back into the stone age. YEt another case of a bulge attack which can only end in their liquidation.

It appears as though ISIS has shot its wad, for now. Once they lose DZ and Tikrit, ISIS/ISIL are pretty much screwed.

Awesome string of victories by the SAA and indeed the brave Syrian people. Dr. Assad has nursed the country well into ‘recovery’ with the help of mighty Iran, the iron bear of Russia and the infallible Army of God; the excellent Hezbollah. The world is witnessing the steady elimination of the FUKUS Financial Terror Empire – the sooner the better for all (except a vile minority who will find themselves swinging from lamp posts very soon). Syria is making the entire world very proud, and indeed Syria’s Martyrs are humanity’s Martyrs.

The media frenzy over the relatively minor rebel success at Wadi Deif Base tells us a lot about the bigger picture, the rats are losing and are running out of dices to throw.

Onwards and Upwards SAA to eventual victory

If the rabbit front can take all towns, bases and checkpoints on the M5 in center Idlib it is a strategic victory for the idiots and their supporters. – SAA lost the a huge advantage and basically the initiative for an offensive along the M5 towards Aleppo – It will increase pressure on Hama, Idlib city and Abu-al-Duhur in the future – Rabbits and blasphemers will be able to bring reinforments and supplies in from Turkey (NATO) fast and saver – I bet there will be another huge attack soon from the idiots as they can use the whole central… Read more »

The most likely reason for the fall of the base was attrition. Both bases had been under siege for years and were cut off from reinforcements and resupply. The reports so far are stating the battle ended with 50 SAA killed and 50 captured, that’s not much of a garrison against a horde of terrorists.

I still want to see SAA dose these guys on some acid. Videos of them tripping out would make history. Seeing them forced to understand themselves through an acid trip would most likely make them want to change their lives. Have Dr. Assad write them a ‘script for some acid and let’s see what happens.

I respect Ziad and this blog very much as it has given me lots of great information. I am a great supporter of the SAA and Syria and its leader. One thing that annoys me is that I can’t seem to find many explanations on this blog as to why bases have fallen etc. I would really appreciate if Ziad could provide more details in regards looses of territory of the SAA. I hate this stupid terrorist fighters who pretend to fight for freedom. I would appreciate this extra information in the future because it would help me get a… Read more »

You may not find satisfactory explanations here or on any blog but you will find loads of speculation. We are operating in real time here. Often the people directly involved in a battle do not know what exactly happened and why until some time later. When they do find out the who’s and the why’s, they may not want to broadcast the information as it may assist the enemy. So, do not look for instant explanations. You are just an onlooker getting free information and analysis here and you are not entitled to anything. Be patient. In the Second World… Read more »

Anon, there are several possible explanation to losing bases, the two bases lost today are small in size and they held few soldiers, the reported rat force attacking them is anywhere between 2000 and 3000, the bases had probably less than 100 soldiers, it was simply impossible to hold. This was the first time rats attacked the base with such forces, not only ratpower but equipment. The decision to evacuate the bases was right, preserving as much soldiers as possible and concentrate them to fight another day. When you look at the bigger picture, rats are losing the northen Aleppo,… Read more »

At Anon, your most welcome here, but there are way to many unreliable sources going around and Ziad does his best, as to why the bases fall, well i suspect it was under maned and no intel on the attack was known, but God bless the soldiers that died, and the SAAF will now know exactly where the terrorists are, personally i’de wait a week to get their confidence that it won’t be attacked and then BOOM.

What is there to explain? this is a running battle in a 4 year war being waged against Syria by the world order and their Arab lackeys. there are going to be some setbacks regardless of the strength of our army. Through out history if you look at any campaign there has never been a general, commander or ruler including prophet Mohammad(SW) that has not had some setbacks. So keep them on, there is a lot of war left yet.

Confirmed by Leigh on his site ,seems this was an orderly withdrawal allowing bases to fall quickly ,but being hyped up on media streams ,I doubt they will hold it permanantely.

I’m assuming the skeleton crew that was left to defend the base was covering their retreat. You have to take your hat off to people with that kind of fortitude. I’m sure their sacrifice won’t be in vain.

I like the way Leith tells it. It sounds reasonable. If you read the BBC account you would think it was a major terrorist breakthrough and Damascus would surrender tomorrow .

Anna News gave that,”As result of the heavy fighting in the southern province of Idlib, the Syrian Army units were forced to leave the military base of Al-Hamed and Wadi Deif. Reported continuing fierce battles around the objects that remained blocked for a long period. According to some sources, among the defenders of Wadi Deif 24 deaths”… Today. the Western media reported that the base was liberated by the “rebels”.. what hypocrisy .. 5000 an-nusra front, affiliate of al-qainta, and they talk about base liberated .. terrorists in their mission used Taw missiles, that gave the Americans a few days… Read more »

The Revenge of the Quraysh. When I was growing up in school we were taught that prophet Mohammad SW, brought civility and justice to the Arabian tribes that would behead their enemies, kill their first born daughters, owned and advocated slavery, lived in constant state of warfare and believed in many false gods and in general were disgusting backwards and ruthless. After 14 centuries the same tribe is back with a vengeance. They profess to be Muslims but in practice they’re the same tribe that fought the Muslims in the early days of Islam. What they want is not Islam… Read more »

Read your Sun Tzu. Not every withdrawal is a defeat, and not every advance is a victory. The full picture has yet to emerge. I am confident the SAA is in good hands.

Ziad you hinted that things were going to change in 2015 maybe you’re right The US have sharpened the knives for Erdoghan he has more than Syria to deal with Also China flexing its muscle [ Editor’s Note: We have a little twist of the knife by China today with this delayed announcement by Iraq’s FM to aid their ISIL counterterrorism efforts with Chinese airstrikes. The first thing I have to ask is why is this being made public now and why has Iraq not taken advantage of the offer earlier? In September, things were much worse than now. The… Read more »

I like how Jimmy Dean paints this announcement of possible Chinese airstrikes against ISIL terrorists in Iraq as a “twist of the knife”–as if this is negative. It’s a twist of the knife alright–from the perspective of America, which, as Dean damn well knows, is the ultimate sponsor and backer of these ISIL terrorists. Any airstrikes against America’s ISIL terrorists of course would be “unwelcome” by the same United Snakes that claims to be fighting a global War on Terror. That’s why Americans are in a worried snit over even the (limited) possibility that some major firepower will be brought… Read more »

I’m not sure the U.S. really cares about dying IS rats. The neocon-Israel axis wants to see chaos and disarray in Syria, they don’t care about muslims dying in scores.
