HOMS: Al-Qaryatayn has been liberated as of Sunday morning, Damascus time. It took a little bit of time because the ISIS defending cockroaches had a large store of IEDs and mines to place around the city in case the SAA and its allies moved in audaciously to take the town in one fell swoop. That didn’t happen. As it turned out, very experienced sappers accompanied by SAA-rangers moved into the agricultural areas, Al-Huzam Al-Beedh and Sinn Al-Kharroobi Al-Kabeer and began to take out the booby-traps in order to facilitate a concerted assault on the town. The attack eventually came, however, from the northeast and southwest, which, apparently caught the rodents by surprise. Couple that with constant Syrian and Russian Air Force bombardments and you had a very enervated defense.
At the main entrance to the city, SAA artillery unleashed a savage barrage of fire intended to permit SAA sappers to open up this main corridor into the city. Once the area was cleared of mines and IEDs, a brigade of SAA infantry pushed quickly into the town and set up salients permitting a much larger force to enter under intense artillery cover. Mortars were found and seized by the SAA at the entrance – they were abandoned there indicating an undisciplined withdrawal by the terrorist hyenas. Infantry officers interpreted this as a complete breakdown in morale giving them more confidence in pushing their tactical envelope.
Yesterday, there was an attempt by the ISIS rats to escape the town toward the surrounding hills at Al-Jubayl Mountain and Elevation 861. It appears the rats did not have sufficient information about the fact that the SAA had already occupied these positions effectively encircling the city. It was a disaster as rows of terrorists were scattered trying to get out while Syrian Army infantry shot them into pieces.
The SAAF also played a major role in liquidating the last remaining filth inside Al-Qaryatayn. Once SAA-MI confirmed that all shoulder-held anti-aircraft rockets were destroyed, SAAF Hind Helicopter Gunships moved in to eradicate the remnant vermin still inside.
IT IS NOW A FACT THAT ISIS HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM ALL HOMS. THE NUMBER OF DEAD RODENTS IN THIS BATTLE IS OVER 200 WITH MANY WOUNDED.
Al-Busayri to the north: The SAAF has mowed down an ISIS command and control center.
Mirmalat Al-Qaryatayn: This is a large desert area in which ISIS planted some sophisticated monitoring equipment. All such devices have been seized.
North Al-Shindaakhiyya near Jubb Al-Jarraah, the SAAF struck at ISIS positions destroying all targets.
The SAAF was also active over the villages of Manookh and Hawsees.
The security services, backed up by the PDC, were tailing a small truck with suspicious license plates that came out of northern Jordan from an area infested with terrorists and their NATO handlers. The agents initiated a stop and inquired of the middle-aged driver what he was carrying. His response was very odd. He told them he didn’t know but that he was to be paid $150 American dollars to deliver the load to an area in eastern Der’ah. When the security agents started to look through the rear of the truck, they were not surprised to see boxes of ordinary clothing piled over a cache of drugs from Europe. The markings on some of the boxes indicate Saudi Arabian companies as recipients of the drugs.
When the driver realized he was carrying drugs for terrorists he admitted to the “mistake” and was arrested. He is now warbling.
The drugs were identified as mostly amphetamines, anti-inflammatories and antibiotics.
HAMA: BAD DAY FOR ALQAEDA.
Alqaeda/Nusra launched a multi-prong attack as part of its new effort to regain ground lost to the Syrian Armed Forces over the last few months. As I mentioned yesterday in one of my posts, you can actually hear British terrorist enablers talking over cellphones in awful Arabic instructing their cockroaches to do this or that. In this case, there was a three-front assault at Al-Huwayja in the northwest part of the province and Al-Zughba and Qasr Abu Samra in the northeast. It was a flop. Once again, solid Intel changed the course of the battle. The SAA and PDC forces were ready for the rodents and killed a total of 53 with over 100 believed to be wounded. In the course of the battles, 3 pickups with 23mm cannons were destroyed, a T-62 tanks was disabled and seized, GRAD rocket launchers were destroyed along with a pile of RPG rockets and one usable Doschka was taken into custody and given to our PDC for use in killing Wahhabists.
Another disaster indicating the complete fall of the terrorist menace in Syria.
Al-Hussayniyya: After obtaining very precise intelligence, the SAA struck hard at several command and control centers operated by ISIS on April 2, 2016. The area was thoroughly covered by the SAAF flying out of the DZ-AB controlled by the Republican Guard. A field assessment was performed and the total number of rat carcasses was 45 with 18 of them identified as Ashbaal Al-Khaleefa (The Cubs of the Caliph). This is a class of terrorist where the minimum age is 13 years old up to 16 years. It resembles Hitlerjunge or Janissaries. They were just children.
Al-Jafra: The SAAF took to the skies again and struck at ISIS equipment depots. No other details available.
Al-Ghabraa Village: This is very close to the Al-Bu-Kamaal crossing on the Iraqi border about 130 kms south of the city. An ambush was set up by local militias belonging to the Shu’aytaat Tribe which recently announced its loyalty to the government. At the water treatment plant there, the trap was sprung and a largely foreign group of rodents was annihilated as they were trying to get the pumps to work. Of the 14 believed to have been killed, 3 were from Tunisia. 6 were taken prisoner:
“Abu ‘Ubayda Al-Tunisis” (Id pending)
“Abu Tammaam Al-Tunisis” (Id pending)
“Abu Sakhr Al-Tunisi” (Id pending)
